Kate Trygstad M.S. has enjoyed a life filled with the love of nature, of art, of music and of people. She has brought a creative spirit to tasks and opportunities in life and work, engaging people in fresh ways as she served as a leader in organizations and then as executive coach and facilitator. Kate experiences the energy of the world, feeling it flow through her and back to the people and projects around her, whether her projects are her paintings or her executive coaching and group facilitation or enjoyment of her grandchildren.
Tuning in and flow - these show up in Kate's work as an artist. She connects with her subject, getting inside a scene or idea to express an emotion or a new experience. Her underlying belief in the interconnected web of all creation becomes evident.
